Director of Health Services
Deana was introduced into healthcare as a young child spending her afternoons and late nights with her influential mother at work in a clinic where she would assist with small projects for the nurses. Her father encouraged her education and placed her in private schools and encouraged college at a young age. Deanna graduated with her Master’s Degree as a Registered Nurse with an emphasis on education. Deanna worked while going to school as a home health certified nurse assistant. After graduation she entered into the acute care hospital setting in the Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Unit where she managed and thrived in the fast-paced setting. She went on to follow her original nursing dream to work as a Case Manager for Hospice. Deanna was grateful for the experience to bring peace at end of life and felt fulfilled working with families. She realized her mission was to work with Memory Care and Assisted Living residents and families. In her past time she enjoys her family, friends, music, dancing, cooking. Being a native to Colorado she takes advantage of the outdoors.
